BE AWARE
There is a saying that we don’t know what we don’t know. And that is so true for each of us as we are aware of our present time experiences, but we are not aware of what is really going on internally within ourselves, or especially our child, particularly our teenager.
Just like the potential blind spots we have when navigating down the road in our vehicle, there are blind spots in ourselves and our children that show up in unwanted ways, both in the observed reactions and decisions.
The foundation of any change is the awareness that we, or our child, are not experiencing the life that we deserve to have.
